Keep in mind that any microscope less than five years old may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. It is recommended that you contact the firm you ordered from before you call a repair shop. In many cases you will receive local support and warranty repairs via this company. If you have an older microscope (older than five years) you may find the above repair shops an important part of you preventative maintenance program.
